ICMGP2017 welcomes organizations to exhibit information and products at the Conference. We will have an abundance of exhibit space available, all in one common space for the entire meeting. This space will house the food and poster sessions, therefore all active attendees will be in this single space. Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchasing exhibit space offers an opportunity to increase your organization’s profile among a diverse and international group of delegates involved in mercury research, management, and policy.
We expect at least 750 scientists and policy experts, with hopes of building the meeting above 1,000 participants. Therefore, a booth at ICMGP2017 will be seen by many people over the course of the conference. Booths will be set up from Monday to Friday for delegate visitation. The booths come with basic electricity and conference web access. Information regarding the arrangement of special services will be distributed upon confirmation of participation as an exhibitor.
Booths are provided to Conference sponsors first, then on a first-come, first-served basis.
