The 2017 International Conference on Mercury as a Global Pollutant will be held at the Rhode Island Convention Center (RICC) located on Sabin Street in the heart of downtown providence. The facility is part of the Rhode Island Convention & Entertainment Complex, which includes the Rhode Island Convention Center (RICC), Dunkin’ Donuts Center (DDC), Veterans Memorial Auditorium (The Vets).

Ideally located in the heart of downtown Providence, the RICC is connected by skybridge to the Omni Hotel and Providence Place, a shopping center featuring more than 170 boutiques, restaurants, services and major department stores. It is a short walk to the historic district and the three rivers that flow through the heart of the downtown.

The RICC is ideally suited to host the ICMGP2017. In addition to its 23 meeting rooms, stunning 20,000 sq. ft. grand ballroom and flexible 100,000 sq. ft. exhibition hall, the facility’s ideal location will enable delegates to experience the best that Providence has to offer.

The conference organizers are pleased to be able to provide students a cost-effective option for accommodations for the ICMGP2017. Baypoint Residence & Conference Center at Roger Williams University offers residence-style rooms for just $89 + taxes per night.
